Notes

[1] Mr. Olsen amended the associated patent application during prosecution and successfully appealed the claims at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).  He did not prepare or file the original application.

[2] Mr. Olsen prepared the corresponding patent application and engaged foreign patent counsel to file and prosecute the application in Australia.  The patent was granted on 2/16/2012.

[3] Mr. Olsen prepared and filed this patent application at a prior law firm.  Other attorneys prosecuted the application at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).

[4] Mr. Olsen prepared and filed three continuation-in-part (CIP) applications by adding new subject matter to a pre-existing disclosure.  Other attorneys prosecuted the CIPs, each application resulting in a patent grant.
